Despite the renovations taking place at the time we visited your showroom, Ryan greeted my husband and me at the door with a smile. We own a business and know the importance of customers and noticing their arrival when they come through the door. Customers ARE the reason we have a business. This morning I brought in my Saturn Vue for an oil change. It was my first time at Cortese and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had at an automotive shop. Everyone I came in contact with there was wonderful. Everyone was smiling and polite and they took great care of me and my car. I’’ve never had a car wash with an oil change before - that was a neat surprise. The shuttle service - so wonderful and right on time.I can’’t say enough good things about my experience. I am so thrilled to have found your service group and I will continue to do business with Cortese. I also know now where I am going when it’’s time to purchase a new car! Thank you all so very much!!
